Hi, I’m Victoria — founder and creator of Sage y Sol Budget Co., lifelong planner enthusiast, and passionate believer that clarity creates confidence. For more than 25 years, I’ve relied on planners, budgeting systems, and intentional organization to navigate both my personal life and professional career.

My journey is shaped by over two decades of leadership experience in the hospitality and gaming industries, where I developed strengths in operations, team management, financial oversight, and creating structured systems that keep businesses running smoothly. Those same skills now influence the stationery and planning tools I design — practical, grounded, and built for real-life use.

Outside of my work, I’m a proud mom to my son and dog mom to my two black Labradors, Stoic and Leo, who remind me daily to stay present, loyal to my goals, and grounded in what matters most. My life and business are also deeply inspired by the lessons and teachings passed down from my elders — values centered around intention, resilience, and thoughtful decision-making.

I’m also an avid reader of financial, personal growth, and business bestsellers. Many of the systems I share and the planners I create are influenced by proven strategies from these books, translated into simple, approachable tools that help everyday people gain control of their time, money, and priorities.
